Australian Unity will deliver the $1.1 billion redevelopment of Herston Quarter – part of Herston Health Precinct. The master plan for the site incorporates integrated buildings, services and public realm, including construction of a new public health facility, a private hospital, aged care and retirement living, residential and student accommodation, childcare, additional car parking, commercial and retail facilities to support the new mixed-use community.
